Our ministry provides a variety of leadership training seminars facilitated by experienced leaders on such areas as: mental health and wellness; leadership development stages; leadership lessons from growing plants; leadership lessons from fixing cars (leadership and character); leadership and forgiveness; leadership and the final crisis; the mission and identity of the 144,000 as it relates to leadership in the last days before Jesus comes; the pivotal role of suffering as God’s crucible of leadership training; and building effective leadership teams.
Our ministry also believes that closely tied to leadership is the need to understand the future events that have yet to transpire before Jesus returns. For this reason, our ministry provides seminars, books, and other resources to leaders to aid them to develop a more thorough and complete understanding of the prophetic books of Daniel and Revelation.
We currently offer four books for sale on leadership development and health and wellness related issues. The first outlines four stages in the development of someone to be a leader that God can use with power in these last days of earth’s history. The second talks in more detail about the role of coaching and mentoring in leadership and in the development of someone to be an effective leader for God. The third talks about the role of suffering in leadership development, and also how to better manage pain and suffering in your own personal life. The fourth book takes a closer look at the role of women in leadership from a biblical perspective in the last days.
Our ministry believes that for character transformation to occur in the hearts and lives of leaders there must be a work of revival and reformation both individually and collectively. For this reason, we seek to provide seminars, books, and other resources that appeal not only to the mind but also to the heart. Also, the resources we provide, both written and in seminar format, do not shy away from challenging the status quo.
The fundamental question asked in whatever we do is “How could we be doing it better?” both on the individual level, and as a corporate body of believers.
Our ministry believes in following the example of Jesus in ministering to the whole person. For this reason, our ministry places a special focus on health and wellness ministry.
We believe that the mind affects the body and the body affects the mind. Therefore, in order to become an effective leader for God we believe that it is essential to also find healing for our broken bodies, emotions, and minds. We believe that the weightier the responsibility the more discipline is needed to earn the trust of people and to care for their spiritual, emotional, physical, and relational needs consistently and effectively.
We believe that often acquiring such discipline involves suffering and self-sacrifice. We believe that without proper training and an ongoing openness to leadership coaching and mentoring one can rarely be up to the challenges and demands of leadership. As a result, oftentimes when leaders have not been adequately prepared, they may be quick to give up their great commission and become prone to depression or other mental illnesses.
Thus, we believe one needs preparation both physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually before assuming a position of trust.
Our ministry is a gender inclusive ministry; we believe that God intends to use both women and men as leaders in the final great work for this time before Jesus comes, and therefore it is one of our ministry’s goals to provide leadership coaching and mentoring opportunities for the further development of the leadership potentials of both women and men.
We also strongly believe that this kind of leadership training is not only needed for the clergy but also for members of the laity and that God’s calling to leadership is not limited to those holding a leadership position in a formal sense.
Thus, our work is to bring much needed awareness and training in both health, prophetic, spiritual, and leadership lines to members of both the clergy and laity.
Finally, we believe strongly that a crucial component of the crucible of leadership training involves convincing would-be leaders for God to answer God’s call to mission, and that in the last days of this earth’s history before Jesus comes this will increasingly involve work to build up the kingdom of God in some of the most hard-to-enter countries of the 10-40 window.
For this reason, one of the fundamental goals of our ministry is to train and send missionaries to some of the most hard-to-enter countries of the world where there are currently few if any Christians, and by so doing, to help to spread the good news of the plan of salvation and Christ’s soon coming in those areas of the world.
